A Fun and Family Atmosphere

Avant is a family-oriented company with an emphasis on fun.

Employee birthdays and anniversaries are celebrated, as are special events such as weddings and births. Often the entire company is invited to join in the celebrations. We also set aside time to observe holidays throughout the year — from a pumpkin-carving contest to the annual Holiday Family Open House, to which employees’ families are invited to stop by for a tour and refreshments.
