Recognizing and rewarding the outstanding performance of individuals and teams is an integral part of our corporate culture.

Avant promotes a positive work environment that respects and recognizes individual as well as team contributions through a company-wide awards program. Employees nominate their co-workers in select categories on a quarterly basis to recognize outstanding performances. At the end of the quarter, the entire staff gathers to honor the award recipients and celebrate the completion of a successful season.
